Meet The Staff
| Dr. Austin Reed Dr. Austin Reed is originally from Urbandale, Iowa. He attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa where he graduated with a double major in Biology and Business Economics. Dr. Reed went on to the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated in 2006 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While at Iowa, Dr. Reed completed a rotation in pediatric dentistry at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Dr. Reed is a certified Premier Provider of Invisalign. Dr. Reed is a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Dubuque District Dental Society, and a participating member of Donated Dental Services (DDS). In June of 2006, Dr. Reed and his wife Liz moved to Peosta and opened Peosta Family & Aesthetic Dentistry. Liz is a third grade elementary teacher at Bryant Elementary School in Dubuque. Dr. Reed and Liz continue to live in Peosta along with their three sons: Barrett, 4, Brooks, 2, and Beau, 4 mos. When he’s not spending time with his family, Dr. Reed enjoys tennis, golf, and following Iowa Hawkeye Football. |

Alesha Barry RDA Alesha graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at NICC in July 2009. She joined Peosta Dental as an assistant that same month. She is originally from Dubuque but now lives in Zwingle with her boyfriend Brian and dog Gus. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to Cubs games, and any outdoor activities. |
| Brenda Fangmann RDH Brenda grew up in Farley, IA. She graduated from Western Dubuque High School. Brenda received her associate degree in dental hygiene from Hawkeye Community College and now has over 11 years of dental hygiene experience. She strives to do a thorough job with a gentle touch. She now lives in Peosta with her husband Jeremy and their three daughters. In Brenda’s free time she enjoys shopping, reading, and spending time with family and friends. |

Krystalina Erschen, RDA |
Krystalina Erschen, RDA Krystalina grew up in Illinois. She attended the College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL for 2 years and continued to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She started orthodontic assisting while in school. She has enjoyed being an Orthodontic assistant for the past 10 years. Krystalina joined Peosta Dental in December 2011. She now lives in Dubuque with her husband Matt of 3 years along with their miniature dachshunds, Mojito and Batman. She enjoys basketball games, time with family and friends and vacationing in warm spots. |
| Sue Freiburger, Office Coordinator Sue started her dental career in Boston, MA where she lived and worked as a dental practice manager for 13 years. She moved back to the Tri-State in 2001 and just recently joined our dental team in October 2011. She currently lives in East Dubuque with her daughter Dillon, 7, where they enjoy gardening, decorating, and relaxing with family and friends. |
